I felt hopeless, when my husband and I moved to our new retirement home in Los Angeles near Santa Monica beach.

 

The only issue was, due to my size, I felt uncomfortable and embarrassed in my own skin. I wasn't doing any exercises or activities at the time and just the thought of putting on a bikini made me dizzy🥴 !

I can't believe in 60's I'm enjoying exploring all my favorite beaches with ease . My husband is taking this picture 🙂

Now, I can fully utilize all of the sun, surf and sand my new home has to offer... Plus rocking the bikini 👙 and even getting compliments everywhere I go. Feels like I have my life back!

 

Thanks to the routines, I feel a sense of freedom, which is why I am so excited to share it. It is easy to do.
